3rd Grade News
This is a subtitle for your new post

The first month of school has been exciting and I am so proud to be teaching third grade at Chambers Academy. For August, our third graders have enjoyed reading daily to increase their comprehension along with diligently working to reach their Accelerated Reader goal for the month. Third graders practice journal writing every day and I am excited to see how much they will progress throughout the school year. They were very excited to learn about the life cycles of butterflies by creatively crafting each stage of their life to place on our class bulletin board. For science, the students had a great time learning about solids, liquids, and gases through a classroom Science experiment called, “How Do Liquids Behave?” They learned that water also takes the shape of its containers. We are looking forward to an exciting year of fun and learning!
