Preparing for Christmas has been in full swing for the Sixth Grade. Earlier this week, the Sixth Grade attended “A Christmas Carol” in Montgomery and had a wonderful time! We have been working on the Christmas Program and singing Christmas songs. I also have plans to mix in a few Christmas STEM projects before Christmas break!

We have also been busy in Science learning about the Solar System. The Fifth and Sixth Grade have been working in their Science Interactive Notebooks daily on the subject, and they have also been working on Solar System models. The students have really enjoyed this topic!

Additionally, the Sixth Grade has been working on a mission: Twelve Days of Christmas Kindness. Each day the students have been challenged to show kindness in some way. So far, they have done very well with this. I am super proud of their efforts!

I hope you have a Merry Christmas!
