It’s a busy time for second graders! The children are shopping for presents in the Christmas Store this week. They are working hard learning their parts for our Christmas Program, which will be presented Thursday, December 15th, at 6:00 P.M. in the gym. Coffee and desserts will be served. It’s going to be a big production! Mr. Hurst has been working with the children every day.
The boys and girls are busy reading and taking quizzes to decorate their AR Tree with “ornaments.” They earn a star on top when they’ve reached their AR goal for December. They each chose a different Christmas card and listed as many nouns, verbs, and adjectives as they could from their card.
