I am so excited to be able to teach seven little precious individuals. In case you didn’t know, I have four boys, Brandon, Caleb, John, and Wil and three girls, Emmalee, Jaycee, and Madison. These little darlings are so eager to learn. We have been working on our math meeting calendar, colors, shapes, ABC’s, short vowels sounds, sight words, as well as a multitude of other things. Their favorite center is investigating with magnets and discovering what is metal and what is not. It is amazing to see their little faces light up when they discover something new or master a new skill. We have been busy with homecoming week activities and dressing the part. Next month we are excited to have two field trips, the play, “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”, and Jack-O-Lantern Lane. Thank you parents for bringing snacks, getting involved, and raising such special children. Since we are just getting started, I can hardly wait to see what next month brings.
Thanks for everything,
Mrs. Roughton
