After studying a lesson about renewable resources in social studies, the students visited a logging site.  Students viewed a logging crew and learned the process of Forestry in the woods.  Each student got to operate a piece of logging equipment.  We would like to thank Mr. Thad and Mrs. Mandy for a wonderful hands-on field trip.  We are so appreciative of the special treats you provided for us.  Mr. Thad, you get an A+!

Mrs.  Mindee recently came to share an activity during our enrichment class.  This problem solving activity consisted of gummy worms, gummy life savers, plastic cups, and paper clips.  Students learned the importance of TEAMWORK in solving a problem.  Thank you, Mrs. Mindee, for sharing this activity  with us.  The students had so much fun.  Oh, the gummy worms were delicious!
