I have tricked my 12th grade business math class into actually liking math. We have chosen fantasy football teams to compete with each other for the rest of the semester. Every Tuesday we get the box scores from each NFL game and plug our individual players’ stats into the formula to find out how many fantasy points they have. Each student has 11 players on their team, but they only can play 6. We add up our 6 players’ fantasy points and see if we beat our opponent for that week. After week 3, Landon Harmon and Taylor Strength are the only undefeated teams left out of the 11 students in class.
