The juniors have been learning about the Spanish American War, Industrialization, Theodore Roosevelt, and the 1900’s in general. We have talked about how the industrialization era came to be, and how it changed America. We have learned about the war to take Cuba, the Phillippines, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, as well as the charge up San Juan Hill, and Theodore Roosevelt and his Rough Riders. We have had a very busy time in our fourth hour class and have already filled many notebooks and killed many pens taking notes.
