The kindergarten crew is exploring volcanoes, and they are really looking forward to the explosive information they are about to learn. Makinlea, Halle, Keila, Luke, Jacob, Cameron, and Drew are going to be making a big volcano at the end of the week and continue working on some other exciting things leading up to the big eruption! One of the activities they had to do is write an acrostic poem. This type poem is where the first letter of each line eventually spells out a word. In this case, the word is VOLCANO..Below is their poem.

The Volcano Explodes
By the Kindergarten Crew

Volcanoes Explode
Outside of our house
Like a bomb!
Can we go play?
After it is over.
Now we can go
Only if it is safe!
