Parents are urged to get your students registered for the 2013-2014 school year now.  Registration fee is reduced by $100.00 if registration is complete by May 1.

The CA varsity baseball team has ended the season with a regional tournament loss at Abbeville.  Our young team struggled in the won/loss column but gained valuable experience for the future.  Players who will return for the 2013-2014 season include:  6th grader Landon; 9th grader Jamie; 10th graders, Jared, Corey, Landon, Tyler Williams, and Ben; 11th grader Zac.  A special pat on the back is extended to seniors Justin, Russ, and Zac.  First year coach Matt Smith was assisted by Kevin Capps.  Our varsity softball season has also ended with a regional tournament loss at Ashford.  Our returning softball players include:  7th graders, Tori and Kelsey; 8th grader Lindsey; 9th graders, Hannah and Anslee; 10th grader Bre’Anna; 11th graders,  Deven and Heather.  Four seniors have been the backbone of the softball team for years.  Their departure will require a major “step-up” from the younger players.  Graduating senior players are Kathryn, Aly, Jordan, and Britne’.  Head coach Don McGinty was assisted by Kayla Black and Cindy Sanders.
