This week is full of activities as we count down to Thanksgiving.  We realize we are all extremely blessed just to be in this country, attend this school, and belong to our families.  Some of the other Thanks that were given by the members of the 4th grade were for… God, a roof over my head, friends, Peyton, food, Mother, Daddy, lunch in the lunchroom, our Military, Miss Cindy, grandparents, and other family members.

We are also thankful for our minds, that we can learn.

Our Spelling Bee winners for the past 3 weeks are:

11-1– Claire, Jacob, Wyatt, Nic,  Lauren, Lindsey, Hayden, Kaylyn,  and Mattie

11-7–Mattie, Natalie, Kaylyn, Hayden, Lindsey, Lauren, Jenna, Nic, Jacob, Claire, and Bailey

11-15–Bailey, Claire, Wyatt, Jenna, Lindsey, and Mattie

We have now learned to locate and spell 26 counties.

County Bee winners are:

11-1–Claire, Wyatt, Nic, and Lauren

11-7–Mattie, Natalie, Hayden, Lindsey, Jenna, Nic, Wyatt, Claire, and Bailey

11-15–Bailey, Claire, Nic, Jenna, Lindsey, Hayden, Natalie, and Mattie

It is a very big accomplishment for the students is to make 100 on their counties test.  Those that have achieved this are:   Bailey,  Claire, Jacob, Wyatt, Nic, Jenna, Lauren,  Lindsey, Hayden, and Mattie.
