Tuesday–kids workout tapes (yoga/aerobics)
Walkabout Wednesday–we hit the baseball field with all kinds of fun sprints/walks/relays and even hops!
Thursday–DVD aerobics/yoga
Free Fridays–Playground time!
My first two weeks of school are already getting me in better shape than I’ve personally been in for quite a while. Thank you to all of my little ladies and gentlemen!
