Chambers Academy Homecoming week was so exciting!! To start the week off the Varsity Cheerleaders did a great job decorating the school.  Everyone had fun dressing up in our theme days.  The winners of our dress up  days, each with 100%, are 3rd (Harry), 4th (Burton),  5th (Bledsoe), and 9th (Black).    All the door decorations were over the top!  Winners are 1st & 2nd (Bass), with “Chain the Chargers”,  4th (Burton) with “Do the Charger Mash”, 9th (Black) with “Corner Who?”, and 11th (Smith) with “Choot Em’ Rebels”.  Also a H.M. goes to the 8th (Capps) with ” The Real Motley Crew will light up the Chargers.  Great job everyone!  The Thursday night Bonfire was a lot of fun.  The Pep Rally on Friday  was great!  From the dances to the  cheers, stunts and spirit, everything was great. Way to go Varsity and JV Cheerleaders!  The “Miss Homecoming” pageant was fun, with naming A.J. as the winner.  Also the Varsity Cheerleaders named Senior, Justin, as the 2012 Cheerleader Sweetheart. Congrats Justin!  All the week’s fun led up to the big game on Friday night. At half time the Homecoming court was introduced: K-3-Emma Grace  & Ty , K-4-Halle  & Jacob, K-5-Makinlea & Luke, 1st-Malissa & Landon, 2nd-Kristen & Gavin, 3rd-Jenna & Jacob, 4th-Kaitlyn & Dean, 5th-Donna & Garrett, 6th-Tate & Colton, 7th-McKenzie & Tristen, and 8th-Kristina.  Our Princess candidates: Hannah and Jordan. Our Queen candidates: Skye, Erin and Haley.   Our Football Sweetheart, Senior, Aly was presented flowers and a football signed by the football team.  Princess, Jordan was crowned and Queen Skye was crowned. To top the night off, the Jr. class hosted the Homecoming dance.  Thanks to everyone who worked to make Chambers Academy Homecoming 2012 a huge success!
