Parents, you should have the first nine weeks report card in your child’s possession TODAY.  Please review the report, sign it and return it to your child’s homeroom teacher ASAP.  If you have concerns about specific grades, you should contact the teacher or arrange a conference through the office.  In extreme cases, parents will be contacted and asked to come into the office for a conference.

Parents of high school students (10th-12th especially) are reminded that a major problem continues to be frequent tardiness and excessive absences.  Consequences apply to the student in both cases.  Please encourage your student to be present and on time for all classes.

Football season is winding down.  Our Rebels travel to South Montgomery Friday and need our support desperately.  Directions to the school are available in the office.

The pep rally Friday will begin at 2:00.  The team will leave immediately after the pep rally ends.  School will be dismissed with the end of the pep rally.

Make your plans for our annual black light pep rally next week.  The pep rally will be held Thursday night (10/25/12) at 7:00 in the gym and again Friday afternoon at our usual pep rally time.

Make your plans to attend the Thursday night pep rally.  We will use that time to honor our Senior players and cheerleaders and introduce their parents as we celebrate “Senior Night.”
