JUNIOR AMBASSODOR PROGRAM
We have received this opportunity for our rising 9-12th grade students to apply for the Junior Ambassador program with the Greater Valley Area Chamber of Commerce. The opportunity is for the 2019-20 school year and is a great activity to include on your college applications and resume listing your activities for community involvement and volunteer experiences. We had five of our students participate in this program this year. The Junior Ambassadors meet once monthly and are involved in several networking opportunities serving the Chamber across our county.
The note from the Chamber is listed below from Mrs. Carrie Royster. Please consider accessing the link to apply if your interested as the Chamber selects students from several area high schools to participate.
Sincerely,
David Owen

It’s almost summer! Who’s excited?
I know everyone is extremely busy with end of the year things, however I would like to get the word out about our Jr. Ambassador program for next year. Please let me know what I should do to keep the work load off of you all.
The link is provided if you have some way of sharing with all upcoming 9-12 graders. If you would like me to come speak let me know what day is best and I can do that as well.
We had a great year this year, I believe all the kids enjoyed the program as well. Our end of the year dinner is next Tuesday, May 7th at 5:30 ET at Johnny’s Pizza if any of you would like to come, you are more than welcome. Each student will receive a certificate and the Jr. Ambassador of the Year will be announced, as of right now I have a tie, first time ever!
