Wow, I can’t believe November is over. I hope everyone had a great fall break and a Happy Thanksgiving. Farms, Veterans, and turkeys were our words for November. We enjoyed a trip to Slay’s Farm on the 1st. The kids loved the hayride to learn about forestry, fisheries, and cattle. Then, they were able to see a house from 1930 and learned that life was hard working in those times. I think it help them appreciate what they have now. The kids also disguised Tom the Turkey so he wouldn’t be eaten. I must say, this year was one of the best for disguising Tom!! The Veterans Program was great as always. All the kids did great on singing, talking, and signing. Just a few more weeks until Christmas Break. I think we can make it!!
