It is getting close to the end of the school year which means it is time for everyone to take part in our annual fitness tests. These tests include pushups, sit-ups, and the PACER test. The PACER (Progressive Aerobic Cardiovascular Endurance Run) is used to measure aerobic capacity. It is progressive in intensity, it is easy at the beginning and gets harder as time passes. Students continue to run back and forth across the 20-meter space, at a certain speed, for as long as possible. Students who test well will receive an award from our state government office. Lifelong fitness and love of activity is my goal with these tests. If there are any questions regarding anything, please contact me at Dillon.NesSmith@chambersacademy.com . Go Rebels!
