The Kindergarten class has been busy reading and taking AR tests. Since January we have taken 97 tests. We are learning to add and subtract with the help of teddy bear counters. We have been practicing for our graduation in May. We really enjoyed the McWane Center. We got to touch string rays, sharks, and extra-large catfish. We also got to dig for dinosaur bones, build cars, and build with large blocks. We stood in a Tornado Machine and experienced 78 mph winds. We watched a movie in the IMAX theater about earthquakes. We have also been busy planting flowers and seeing them grow. We love playing in our new kitchen center. We are now learning about Antarctica and the states that surround the state of Alabama. Only one more month of school left, what will we do without Miss Susan? More importantly, what will Miss Susan do without us?
