Hello, CA family,

Fifth grade hit the ground running after our Winter break. The students have been working like busy bees. In Reading, we are currently working on a unit about adapting. The skills we have been really focusing on are making generalizations, drawing conclusions, and interpreting graphic sources. In Language, we have begun discussing the writing process. We will continue to work on writing throughout the rest of the year.

Also, we would like to wish all the class spelling bee representatives good luck next week.  They have been working extremely hard.
