As another school year comes to a close, we are already preparing for our girl athletes this summer. We intend on working out in the weight room and doing skills for your particular sport and, of course, conditioning. These workouts are required for all girls planning on playing volleyball, basketball, and softball who will be entering the 7th-12th grades. There will be letters going out soon to all girls about dates, times, and schedules. Also, there will be a basketball camp in June. More details about that later. I’m very excited about getting started for the upcoming year. We would appreciate your support on this.
