We are working hard on the SAT10 test this week. I know each one of you is excited that next week is Spring Break. I have heard about some of the wonderful plans that some of the students have. We have finished our first story in our last reading book and can’t wait until after spring break to read more. We will take our Star Reading test after we come back. I’m hoping everyone’s reading scores will rise like they did last time. I am proud of all the effort our students are putting into everything they are doing.
We enjoyed out trip to see “The Cat in the Hat”, and we are looking forward to our trips to Southern Union and Old Alabama Town next month. We are excited about our AR trip in May to Desoto Caverns. We really want to explore the cave and see the laser light show. The trip is free to the students who have met their AR goals from August to April. Right now, everyone has met their goal each month. Only April to go, and I know each student will read their 6 books and do well on their AR tests. Congratulations to Baylee for having the most AR points in March. Let’s see who will win in April.
Thanks to everyone who submitted an entry into the art show. March flew by so fast, and May is just around the corner. Our year is quickly coming to a close. I want to let you know that I am enjoying each day with our wonderful students. Thank you for sharing them with me. I am hoping that each of your families have a joyous and blessed Easter. See you after Spring Break!!!
