The Fifth graders have been working hard preparing for the Stanford Achievement Test.  I am very pleased with the efforts they have put forth.  After many hours of testing, they will be ready for a much deserved break!

In our Social Studies class, we are studying about the Constitution of the United States.  The students are learning how this written plan of  government is a code of laws and a framework  for our nation.  The students are working weekly on their USA notebooks.  We have learned  many interesting facts about our fifty states.

Our Super Spellers for the third quarter are Zack, Olivia, Kirsten, and Levi.  Keep up the good work!
