Love was all in the air on February 19 when we celebrated Valentines with cards, chips, cookies, and brownies. The students really showed how much they care about their peers and their teacher on that day. Also this month, I surprised the students with Chinese food for lunch to incorporate that experience in with our Reading story. I don’t know if they were shocked or excited. The Human Society came and gave wonderful tips on stray dogs. They also gave little tips on how to train their dog at home. AR this month has be fantastic. The students have really been reading. My top AR reader this month is Luke. Thank you to all my parents for their help and support at home with their child’s education.
