Students are taking advantage of the school lab’s equipment to do their science fair projects. Renewable energy resources–in this case, biodiesel–are a big area of interest this year.

Don’t forget science fair on Tuesday, February 10. Projects must be set up between 7:00-7:45 a.m. that morning. Card table, trifold, and report & abstract (grades 7-12) should be brought. Students should dress neatly and be prepared to discuss their project with our super nice judges.

Projects can be viewed by parents and students from 1:00-2:00 p.m., but must be taken down by 2:10 so that varsity basketball teams can have the gym back in time for practice.

Instructional handouts are available via the link on the school’s website. Please come by if I can be of help. Remember to get the experiment done early because you never know what problems you may encounter.
