We have five second graders this year-Tyane, Jonathan, Layla, Kenadie, and Luke.
Jonathan’s birthday was August 12th. All three girls are Rebelettes.
Kenadie is our first member of our Tooth Club. She pulled it all by herself!
We have been studying plants in science. We learned their parts and how they help the plant. We studied the plant’s life cycle and differences among the same kinds of plants.l
I read “Jack and the Beanstalk” and we each planted a bean seed to see who could grow the tallest beanstalk. Layla’s is the tallest so far!
It’s seven inches tall.
We also soaked lima beans and then we “dissected” them!
