The Lady Rebels record currently stands at 3-4 following the break. The Rebels did not come out victorious against the Generals of Abbeville but following that loss, the Lady Rebels went on a 3 game winning streak. In the span of 7 days, the Rebels defeated SMCA 20-19. They followed that win up with a HUGE region win over the 6-time defending state champions, Cornerstone, defeating them as well by a score of 20-19. 8th grader, Tori Harmon, hit the 1st home run of her young athletic career to help lead the Rebels to victory. The Lady Rebels  then went on to defeat a strong Meadowview team a few days later by a score of 6-4. The defense played excellent and Bre’Anna Hand pitched her best game of the season. Heading into spring break, the Rebels faced their next region foe in the #3 Edgewood Wildcats. The Rebels came up on the losing side falling 15-0. This was followed by a match-up with our rivals in red and black from Lanett, AL. The Lady Rebels played well early as the game was within reach after 3 innings with a score of 3-2. Unfortunately, the Lady Rebels could not find a way to seize the victory and fell 13-2.

The Lady Rebels will resume region play on April 1, at Cornerstone. A win will guarantee Chambers the #2 seed in the region. The Rebels will finish up the week on Friday, April 4, with a road game against SMCA.
