Registration time is here again! As we near the close of the 2013-2014 academic year, may I extend my thanks for allowing us to be the school home of your most prized possessions, your children. We hope you have had a great academic year and continue to feel the warmth, safety and respect of our faculty and staff.

As in past years, early registration is critical to our planning process. Based upon our best prediction of enrollment, summertime decisions must be made regarding staff assignment, scheduling, textbook purchasing, etc. An application for registration is enclosed for your convenience. Please note that both prepay and monthly pay options are available. Also notice that the registration fee of $250.00 is discounted by $100.00 if registration is completed by May 1.

Chambers Academy is proud to announce we will be partnering with Smart Tuition for the processing and collection of our families’ tuition and fees for the 2014-2015 school year. By moving to a tuition management system, Chambers Academy joins the large majority of area private schools utilizing such services to better serve families while also improving the school’s cash flow systems. Please find enclose a Smart Tuition brochure that is filled with valuable information for you and your family. Please utilize the enclosed registration packet and the Academy will notify parents when to sign up with Smart Tuition.
