The school year is flying to an end. As of this newsletter, only 16 school days remain. Most of these days are packed with various school activities. Please review the attached end of your school calendar.
Of particular significance as the year ends is the need to be certain that all tuition, fees, books, uniforms, etc. are accounted for. No grades can be released or transcripts posted until all financial obligations have been met. Please be certain this has been handled so no misunderstanding results at the end of the year.
It is registration time for the 2013-2014 school year. Registration fee is only $250.00. Payment of this fee assures placement if a class becomes crowded and allows older students to participate in summer athletic camps and work outs and be protected by our insurance. Early registration is also important from the standpoint of scheduling, book purchasing, etc., for the coming year.
I hope we all have plans made to be at CA on Saturday, May 11, 2013, for our annual Extravaganza. The usual events are available, silent auction, cake walk, bingo, and good food. We also will have our usual $100.00 ticket draw down at the end of the day. If you have not purchased your ticket yet, they are available from all board members, the school office, and Mr. Childers. Remember that you can break up the tickets into any size portions you wish if you are not comfortable with the entire $100.00 donation. Help us sell these ticket since almost all sales are pure profit for our school.
The greatest difference in the Extravaganza this year is that it will also serve as a giant reunion of past graduates of CA. An effort has been made to contact every past graduate of CA and invite them to be with us May 11. We are expecting a large turnout so don’t miss the opportunity to see old friends and r4enew your high school acquaintances.
