It’s time for the annual Chambers County Country Fair Raffle! The raffle has made a huge impact on the overall success of the former White Plains Fairs. This is a way for each child to contribute to the ongoing of Chambers Academy. A list of our current raffle items are below and will be updated as new items are being donated. The drawing will take place on October 6, 2013 around 4:30pm at the Chambers County Livestock Arena. All tickets must be turned in by 3:30pm on the day of the raffle. You do not need to be present to win one of these great prizes.
We are sending home five tickets with each elementary and junior high school student. High school students or high school parents can pick up raffle tickets in the office. For every five tickets sold a free ticket will be placed in the drawing in the name of the student or faculty selling the tickets. If you need more tickets, they will be available in the office, at the home football game on September 20th, in your student’s homeroom class, or you can contact me (Debbie).
IMPORTANT !!! For us to keep track of who earns a free ticket, the ticket money will have to be put in an envelope with the student’s name on the front. You may send this in to your student’s teacher, turn it in to the office, or bring them the day of the raffle by 3:30pm. There will be a table set up at the Chambers County Country Fair .
