Daycare- 6 weeks to 10 years old

Chambers Academy has a very strong Athletic Program designed to develop and maintain the highest ideals among athletes. Who is an athlete? An athlete is defined as any participant in one or more interscholastic sports during the school year. Although winning is important, Chambers Academy strives to instill fair play, good sportsmanship and dedication, in the athlete. Chambers Academy athletes compete at the highest level in the Alabama Independent School Association.

Chambers Academy offers Junior High Football and Basketball for the boys, Junior High Basketball for girls, Varsity Football, Varsity Basketball for both boys and girls, softball and baseball, as well as cheerleading. Chambers Academy has a lighted baseball field, lighted softball field, full size gym and football field on campus.

The Booster Club is responsible for the financial support of the athletic program. Booster Club Officers are Michael Ogletree, President: Jimbo Brown and Jenny Still, Vice President;  Ellen Burton, Secretary;  Jan Still, Treasure.  Membership is  open to all parents and they are encouraged to join. There is no membership fee.

DIRECTIONS TO GAMES

ABBEVILLE CHRISTIAN

Take 431 to Eufaula.  Abbeville is about 30 miles south of Eufaula.  In Abbeville take a left at the light on Highway 10.  (Past the lumber company) .  Go to the little intersection and bear right and the school is about ½ mile on the left

 

ASHFORD

Take Highway 431 to Dothan.  In Dothan turn left at the K-Mart on to the Ross-Clark Circle.  At the Hospital turn left on Highway 84.  Go approximately 8 miles and turn left, at the caution light.  just past the Conoco Station.  This is Broadway and the street that the school is on. The school will be on the right

FROM MONTGOMERY Take Highway 231 to Dothan.  At the Northside Mall turn left (This is the Ross-Clark Circle) and follow the same directions as above.

AUTAUGA

Take I-65 North to exit 17.  Turn left toward Prattville on Cobbs Ford Road and go approximately 2 miles.  Turn left on Al State road 6 – cross Hwy 31 and State road 6 will merge into Hwy 82.  Follow 82 West to intersection of Hwy 14 West.  At this point you can go one of two ways:

A.     Stay on 82 West and go past the Prattville Country Club.  Approximately 2 miles past the country club, look for the Co. Rd. 86 sign.  This sign will be on the right side of the Hwy and is very hard to see, so look carefully.  Take a left on Co. Rd. 86 and follow it for approximately 4 miles.  Look for a sharp curve to the left and Autauga Academy is on the right side of the road at the curve.

 

B.     Go left on Highway 14 West approximately 4 miles.  At the top of the big hill, look for County Road 47, on the right.  Take a right on 47 and follow it for 2.3 miles.  Autauga Academy will be on the left at the curve.

 

If you wish to follow I-65 North, you can take US highway 31 North to Prattville, and then follow 82 West and choose one of the tow options.

CALVERY

Exit I-85 at the Taylor Road Exit.  Go back across I-85.  About 4-5 miles the road ends at Highway 231.  Turn right and the school is on the right.  Approximate travel time from LaFayette 1 and ½ hours.

COOSA VALLEY

Take Highway 50 to 280 North.  Go through Childersburg to Harpersville.  The sign for the school is on the right and you turn to the left.  Take the next right and the school is straight ahead.  The school is just off 280.  Traveling time 1 and ½ hours.

CORNERSTONE

Take Highway 280 through Childersburg.  Cross the Coosa River and turn left onto Hwy 76.  Hwy 76 will dead end into Hwy 25, turn left on Hwy 25 and go through Wilsonville.  Cornerstone Christian is approximately 5 miles on the right.  It is a brick building with a blue roof.  It is behind a church.

 

CRENSHAW

Take 1-85 South to Montgomery.  Exit at the Taylor Road Exit.  Turn left and go to Highway 231 South to Troy.  Take 29 South to Troy to Luverne.  In Luverne turn left at the first red light and go through town.  When you see the hospital on the left, look for the Crenshaw Christian Academy sign on the right.  Traveling time 2 ½ hours.

DIXIE

Take Highway 431 to Opelika.  Go straight at Opelika High School and at the Western Sizzlin go straight under that light.  At the stop sign take a left and go to the red light.  This is Marvin Parkway and also Highway 51.  Take a left onto Highway 51.  Go under the interstate and follow all the way to Louisville.  In Louisville turn left past the new Post Office.  The school will be on the left.   Traveling time 2 hours.  There is nowhere to eat after you leave Opelika until you get to Louisville.

HUNTINGDON COLLEGE

Take I-85 to Montgomery.  Exit at the Mulberry Exit – turn left at the end of the exit ramp and go under the interstate.  Follow this road to the red light (the road actually dead ends at this light).  Take a left and an immediate right.  Go to the baseball field and the next right takes you on campus.  Park beside the tennis courts and Delchamps Gym is next to that.  Approximate travel time 1 & ½ hours.

LAKESIDE SCHOOL

Take 169 out of Opelika to 431 South. Follow 431 south to Eufaula. Turn left at light. Ford dealership is on right. School will be about 1 mile on the left.

 

LOWNDES

Take I-85 South to Montgomery.  Take I-65 South.  Get off I-65 at exit 167 – Highway 80 West toward Selma.  Go approximately 11 miles and take a left on Highway 21 South to Hayneville.  Go through 4 way stop and the field will be approximately 1/8 mile on the right.  The football field is not at the school.

Baseball field is at the school.  Go approximately 20 miles on Highway 80 West and take right on Broadway street in Loundesboro at caution light.  School will be on your left.  Turn left just before tennis court on left.

SOUTH MONTGOMERY

Take I-85 South to Montgomery.  Exit at the Taylor Road Exit and turn left – back across the interstate.  Go to Highway 231 and turn left.  Go approximately 25 miles – just past the rest area – take a right on County Road 28.  County Road 28 dead ends at Al State Rd 94.  Turn right onto AL 94 and go approximately 3 miles until County Road 28 turns left – take County Road 28 and continue on until you reach Old Schoolhouse Road.  Take a left onto Old Schoolhouse Road.  Continue on it until you reach the school.  Approximate travel time 2 hours.

SOUTHERN ACADEMY

Take I-85 to Montgomery.  Take I-65 to Exit 167.  Go left on US 80 West toward Selma.  Turn left on Highland Avenue (US 80) Continue to follow US 80 - go 26.8 miles.  Turn right on Water Avenue (AL 61) in Uniontown.  Continue to follow AL 61 17.8 miles.  Continue on Main Street.  Turn left on College Street.  Go .3 miles.  School is on the right.

PRATTVILLE CHRISTIAN Football

From I-65 – exit 186.  Go South on US 31 to 1st paved road on right – County Road 85.  Turn right onto County Road 85 and go about 1 mile to 3 way intersection.  Turn left onto County 85 and go 1.3 miles.  Look PCA banner on the right marking small drive way.  Turn right onto small gravel driveway and follow to field.  Please park in the field on the right side of the drive.

PRATTVILLE CHRISTIAN BASKETBALL

Take I-85 to Montgomery.  Merge onto I-65 North.  Take Exit 179 toward Millbrook/Prattville.  Turn left onto US 82 W / Cobbs Ford Rd.  Turn right at first red light between Lowes and Logans onto S Old Farm Lane.  This road is not marked.  Estimated travel time 1 hour 36 minutes.
