2012 Spring Extravaganza, Saturday March 3rd
Our annual auction is approaching and now is the time when all the work behind the scenes is taking place. As you all know, we gather donations to use them for auction items and Bingo prizes and Wheel of Fortune prizes. We have been very successful for the past two years and I know everyone enjoyed it. We now need help gathering items to be donated for this year’s event.

If any parent is interested in approaching businesses or making some type of crafts to donate please feel free. We would be much appreciative and you could store the finished project in the office. I know we have some crafty parents in our family of students and anything that you would like to make for a donated item would be terrific!!  If you would like more info on the Cake Walk - click here.

Below you will find a list of items that would make great prizes and attached you will find a letter you can take to businesses/individuals when you ask for donations and/or prizes.    These sheets are also available in the office as well.

Ideas to Donate:

  • Simple snap shots of your children’s classmates framed.
  • Collages of any sort of pictures taken at school framed.
  • Craft items of any shape, size, and ideas.
  • Collected gift baskets of any theme – fishing gear, hunting gear, bath products, school supplies, game night, movie night, football themed items, coffee and tea baskets, etc.
  • Furniture makers get those saws and hammers to going and any hand made items are always a plus of any kind!!
  • Home made pepper jelly, fruit jellies, and canned vegetables in a gift basket.
  • Summer is just around the corner so floats, boating items, fun on the water items and sprinklers.
  • Teachers can use their creative minds and let their students make something as a group project to use as well.
  • Home made baskets, pottery, knitting and quilt work.
  • Any parent/teacher that sells Avon, Mary Kay, Jewelry, Pampered Chef, Tastefully Simple or any other product could donate something for the auction.

Lets make this year the best Extravaganza ever by everyone pulling together to raise money for our school.

Thank you very much,
